CJC 1295 With/No DAC Pre-mixed Pen 2mg
CJC-1295 Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH) Analog
CJC-1295 is a synthetic 30-amino acid peptide analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It exists in two common research forms:
CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex)
Modification: Attached to a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) for extended half-life
Half-life: Approximately 6–8 days
Mechanism: Provides sustained, prolonged elevation of GH and IGF-1 levels through less frequent dosing
CJC-1295 without DAC (also known as Mod GRF 1-29)
Modification: No DAC attachment (short-acting version)
Half-life: Approximately 30 minutes
Mechanism: Mimics natural GHRH pulses, producing sharp, physiologic GH release when combined with a GHRP (such as Ipamorelin)
Key Research Applications (Both Forms):
Stimulation of endogenous growth hormone secretion
Increase in circulating IGF-1 levels
Muscle growth, recovery, and body composition studies
Fat metabolism and lipolysis research
Anti-aging and regenerative protocols
Sleep quality and recovery optimization
Common Research Use: CJC-1295 with DAC is typically studied for steady-state GH elevation, while CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) is preferred for creating multiple daily GH pulses, especially when stacked with Ipamorelin.
For laboratory research use only. Not intended for human or veterinary use.
